We aim for all of our regular staff will receive first aid training for babies and young children. The ratio of qualified first aiders on the premises will never fall below 1:10.
We will keep a stock of food, blankets, formula milk, nappies and hygiene equipment at the nursery for any emergencies such as bad weather.
In the event of Meithrinfa Sêr Bach needing to close due to emergency you will not be charged.
As we consistently exceed our staffing ratio we can ensure minimal disruption during periods of staff absences.
